Dripking.com provides a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on all products.
 
30-Day Guarantee
All of our products are backed by our 30-Day Guarantee, no questions asked.  If you want to return merchandise within 30 days from the date your order was initially shipped to you from Dripking.com, please follow the return authorization instructions below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.  You must include a copy of your original invoice when returning item(s).  Refunds after 30 days will be credited the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee.  No returns after 90 days.  Any item modified such as cut wire etc., or special order item is not eligible for return.
 
Defective Product Return
We stand behind the high quality of our products.  If any product becomes defective within 1-year, we want to fix the problem.  All defective products may be returned within 1-year of receipt for a replacement.  Dripking.com will only give a replacement for a defective item. Refunds are not given for defective items.  Please follow the return authorization instructions below.
 
Shipping Charges for Returns
Dripking.com does not refund any shipping costs.  Customers are responsible for all "to" and "from" shipping charges associated with shipping warranty items to Dripking.com and back to the customer. Customers will only be refunded the shipping charges if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Otherwise, qualified refunds will be credited the purchase price, minus the actual shipping charges incurred in initially shipping the item to you. COD's are not accepted.
 
Return Authorization Instructions
In order for us to process your return effectively, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RMA") before sending anything back. To request an RMA, contact Customer Service at returns@dripking.com or (877) 515-4567.  No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.
